DO NOT give RIMADYL/CARPROFEN to your dog. The side effects can be lethal. My GSP became paralyzed after only a few days on this drug. Liver failure, kidney failure .... the list goes on. SO MANY DOGS DIE BECAUSE OF THIS DRUG. BTW, Pfizer developed this drug and it was once used in humans - but no more. Hmm...

Accidentally took an Atopica pill (my dog meds were in the same cupboard as my vitamins and I wasn’t concentrating) ….horrible, made me very sick and dizzy no wonder my dog was so ill with these pills. Vets and the industry is pure evil. They'd rather tell hundreds of millions of pet owners to overdose their dogs on flea pesticides just to sell more tablets. Imagine u have a 20kg dog who is susceptible to poisoning, and a pill that is for 20-40kg dogs. That could kill your animal. But the vet will still tell u this crap. Cant stand these people.

Rimadly aga Rovera aka Carprofen is a terrible, disgusting, and toxic "medication" that killed my dog by causing him to bleed to death in the form of bloody diarrhea as well as VOMITING BLOODY POOP! My dog vomited actual crap because of this worthless drug. This drug has caused me sleepless nights and emotional agony by watching my dear fur baby suffer and then have to be euthanized. All I have left are his chew toys and ashes

So I was just reading if this medication is so dangerous that has a lot of side effects that are not good then why are they still prescribing this I'm worried because my dog just started taking this and I don't want anything happening to her she's my baby

Yep I agree with all of you. I’m a breeder and do everything possible to rely on nothing but holistic practices because I hate drugs and chemicals. Most are toxic and bravecto has proven to cause seizures however I live in Florida. The fleas have built an unbelievable resistance to nearly ALL medication because they are so widely used. The flea season NEVER ends here… it only bad and worse! Those are the two seasons. I broke down and tried using frontline about a year ago. It worked many years ago for all my cats when I “believed” in man’s drugs. So I tried it on my dogs (the dog kind of course). It did NOTHING. Fast forward to about 2 months ago… I broke down once again after trying nearly every homeopathic remedy known to man. I used lufenuron and Nitenpyram. Again, NOTHING. Bravecto is my last resort. I have 8 dogs. All 5-10lbs Here’s my logic. I buy the huge chewable (say it’s for an 80# dog). Smash it up, slice and dice a million times so that the particles get completely broken up and mixed around. Bam!!! Equal amounts in each ground up dose. Split that between the 8 dogs. I was thinking I could even mix it with a carrier ingredient to ensure even more of a equal dosing. Then divide that mixture evenly. What is wrong with this logic? I have my script from the vet… haven’t ordered yet but she gave me a script for 4 chewables. I REALLY want to order the biggest one and do this. Am I wrong here? I mean… I really think this is common sense. Vets and big pharma think we have none. We are all so brainwashed by “what they say”.

Do not order with PetMeds!!! I ordered a life saving medication on the 4th for my pet that they said would be ready in 10 business days. I called back in 10 business days only to find out they had mixed up my account with someone else's account. They then panicked and created an account for me while taking my order history out of the wrong account. They then said I would have to wait 3 more days for delivery due to their error. I called back in 3 days only to be told they would overnight the medication. The next day my pet was breathing heavy, was not eating, and was on his way out. I immediately paid 200 dollars for an Uber to the closest exotic vet clinic to get the medication in person because my pet couldn't wait anymore! I called again, and the representative told me she couldn't even give me a date when I would get the medication I had already paid for and then tried to tell me I was at fault because my vet only approved the medication on the 10th which was a lie because I was on a 3 way call on the 4th with PetMeds and my vet clinic (who takes care of the exotic animals at the Central Park Zoo - very reputable to say the least) when they approved the medication on the 4th. As soon as I gave my pet his first dose, his breathing & temperature stabilized. He still needs me to administer feedings temporarily, but if it were left to PetMeds he might not be alive today. PS-I can't even get through to customer service so I will have paid for medicine I never got.

Anything you would put into your own pack, goes in theirs. Period. Water, food, shelter, extra clothes for different conditions, pass times, first aid, toiletries etc. You & your age ol’ companion will have great adventures & great happiness for it.

My maltipoo is 11 yrs old...she had surgery for a mammary tumor remove after the surgery she's not herself...she's panting...in pain..i took her to a different vet...did xrays n she has joint pain n arthritis something she didnt had before surgery...he gave me a supplement for joints and gabapentin 2 tablets a day n 1/2 carprofen its not working for the pain....its hard to see her in pain...she's calm. T night she sleeps on the floor n not in her bed... i dont know what else to do ...

This is clearly false in so many ways! For one thing, one particular recommended dose for dogs covers animals from just over 24 lbs to those weighing 60 lbs! So if my dog weighs 24.1 lbs I am supposed to give him 250% of the dose recommended for a dog that weighs only 0.4% less. How is such dosing even remotely responsible?

Great customer service but I always receive a $100 voucher for wine. It would be nice to get one for something I might use. Although, I’m sure that’s the reason they give them out , because they figure most people won’t use them.

I would be blown away if these chews were individually injected with medicine after the chew is made. But on the off chance that they are, you can still mash the chew and mix thoroughly, perhaps in something that will hold it in suspension.

Total BS. It is obvious this explanation makes no sense. Does Dr Gary think these pills including chewables are made one by one injected like a jam filled donut with the active ingredients ? Seriously! They are made in a vat and pumped out into individual tabs. Obviously they have to be evenly mixed. This nonsense is pure marketing to prevent dog owners from circumventing the high costs of these meds.

My dog scratches and licks two spots one on each of his sides and there is very little hair left in those two round spots. Odd as it seems more of a licking problem than scratching.

My Dog can find any pill no matter where I hide it or wrap it up in! He used to swallow the capsule whole at the beginning with no problem! Then he was catching on to the capsule hidden in his food! I tried everything imaginable to hide the capsule but he was so clever, he'd put the capsule in his mouth then I'd find the capsule later on under a toy! He would pretend to swallow the capsule, spit it out when I wasn't looking! What's the deal with having to get a prescription for heartworm meds for our dogs now? You could buy them anywhere OTC & now we need to have a script from our dog's vet for heartworm all of a sudden? After 30 years of buying heartworm pills OTC or from pet med, I recently went to order his heartworm med & I was told the vet needed to give a prescription for them! I was shocked!
